やや理不尽なチャレンジミッションがあり、最高難易度相当のラスボスと、複数の雑魚敵同時戦闘など異常とも言える練度を要求される為、プレイヤースキルが必要と感じ、この点数としました。
自分はプレイ時間は66時間程度でトロコン出来ました。
メインで時間かかるのはチャレンジミッションの試行錯誤かなと思うので腕に自信がある方はもっと早くクリアできるかもしれません。

たくさんトロフィーがありますが、要件を整理すると以下のようになります。

基本的にはマップにある消費アイテム以外は全部取得していきます。（攻略する上で強い装飾品もあるので取って損はないです）
同時に忍務の達成条件も意識してチャプターを進めていきます。
注意するべき要素、取り返しのつかない要素
無いです。
ゲーム全体がチャプター19まで分割されておりいつでもリトライ可能です。
ミスをしても周回せずに即リトライ出来るので気にせずミスして大丈夫です。
周回・セーブ管理・バグ
最高難易度MASTER NINJAは一度ゲームクリアしないと解放されないので、最短で2周だけでクリアできます。
1周目（マップのアイテムを収集）、2周目 MASTER NINJAでクリア後に解放される忍務を達成、みたいなイメージです。
ですが、初見プレイ（ネタバレ無し）など想定すると実際は以下のようになるかもしれません。
- 1周目：初見プレイ
- 2周目：マップのアイテム・忍務回収（最高難易度以外推奨）
- 3周目：MASTER NINJA クリア
MASTER NINJA自体難易度が高く、何度もリトライしてクリアを目指すと思います。しかし、リトライの都度、収集物が復活してしまうので、MASTER NINJAでマップ配置のアイテムを収集することは推奨しません。

基本的にはこちらの記事をチャプターごとに確認して全て回収していけば「体力」も「忍務」も「瓜瓢箪」も「煉獄」も達成できます。 （リュウの体術はマップに全て置かれていますが、そちらも回収できます。ヤクモはショップで全て購入可能です）

基本的に何周もプレイするので意識しなくていいですが、滅却（欠損状態の敵に△）は強い戦法なので積極的に行いましょう。
ゲーム内で滅却済みの敵が確認できないので、滅却漏れが無いことを祈り積極的に滅却しましょう。
本編の敵を全て滅却していると、チャレンジのChapter4にしか出てこない敵が最後の1体になり、滅却したらトロフィー取得になると思います。

中でも特定の武器で特定の敵を倒さないといけない系は意識しないとクリアできないと思うので、忍務と敵のビジュアル画像を貼っておきます。分かるものに関してはChapterも明記しています。ストーリーorChapterでしか忍務は達成できない（ミッションは当然対象外）のでChapterを選んでください。

Chapter内で煉獄を踏破（難易度・制約問わず）したら、メニュー画面から煉獄を追加でクリアする必要はないです。

□＜△で空中に浮かすことが出来るので空中◯（クナイ）で空中に浮かしながら、L2＋□（ジャストボタン解放）などで倒しましょう。
秘器・影蛭子を使っててコンボを行っていたら意識せずにクリアできると思います。
チャレンジ系
🏆 挑戦者 チャレンジミッションを全てクリアした
難易度問わずクリアできるボスチャレンジを先に制覇して、本作最難関のチャレンジ（難易度選択できず固定）をやるのが良いかなと思います。 本編でのアイテム回収後に強い装飾品を装備してやらないと絶対クリアできないです。チャレンジの難易度に関しては常軌を逸していて、同時にボスを相手にする普通に高難易度路線や、どう考えても雑魚敵の移動する位置・運に依存するミッションなどあり、精神的にキツイです。
攻略記事の多くはリュウでクリアしてくださいと書いている記事がありましたが、自分はヤクモで数々の利点もあると思ったのでヤクモを使っていました。
空中のL2+△＞L2+△で広範囲の敵を一掃できる点、相手のガードや!攻撃を即破れる鵺の型などはヤクモを使う利点かなと思います。
どうしても勝てない場合はリュウで短期的に高火力を出せる忍法を使う戦法を採用していました。
Youtubeなどで調べたら高難易度のチャレンジクリア動画があると思うので丸々真似するのも手だと思います。
MASTER NINJA クリアトロフィー
🏆 超忍の道 難易度「MASTER NINJA」でクリアした
ChapterセレクトでMASTER NINJAをすべてクリアすればOKです。 強制戦闘が意外と多くない点、中間地点のショップで補給してアイテムを大量に持ち込める点、ヤクモ・リュウを選べる点など、チャレンジを制覇したプレイヤーにとっては特に難しい要素はないです。理不尽な要素も特に無いです。
特定チャプターでノーミス条件でクリア

これらのトロフィーですが失敗した場合、即中間地点からやり直せばミスがカウントされずにリトライ可能です。なので特に問題には有りませんでした。

バグかどうかわかりませんが、こちらは中間地点からやり直してもミスがカウントされてしまいました。原因は定かではないですが、通しでChapterの最初から最後までノーミスである必要がありそうです。必須戦闘を避けて一周4分ぐらいでリトライできるので何度も挑戦してみてください。

Chapter07 天空の社がおすすめです。風伯天外狗郎坊とリュウ戦しかないので慣れたらGAMEOVERにならずにクリアできます。

絶技（△長押し）は体力が後少しの敵に行うと次の敵へ移動して最大3連続で攻撃するので、敵の体力を削ってから行えば取得できます。 特に意識せずとも取得していると思います。
🏆 連撃の行 連撃スコア2000を達成した
低難易度で相手のダメージを受けずに一方的にコンボ繋いでいけたら達成できると思います。自分は意識せずとも取得できました。 Chapter8のゾンビ大群が出てくる場面などおすすめです。

Difficulty: 3.5 / 5.0
This score is based on the fact that some Challenge Missions are somewhat unreasonable, requiring an almost abnormal level of proficiency to handle situations like fighting a final boss-level enemy alongside multiple regular enemies simultaneously. Significant player skill is necessary.
My personal play time to reach the Platinum trophy was approximately 66 hours.
The main time-sink is the trial and error required for the Challenge Missions, so players confident in their skills may be able to finish much faster.

Requirements Summary
Although there are many trophies, the requirements can be summarized as follows:
- Story completion trophies.
- Highest difficulty completion trophy.
- Completion of all Ninja Missions.
- There are Ninja Missions for collecting all Gourd Melons.
- Maximize the health of both Yakumo and Ryu.
- Obtain all Pure Black Scales and Spirit Herbs (All can be found as map placements or Ninja Mission rewards).
- Master all skills for every weapon.
- All skills can be purchased with Weapon XP (the red currency in the bottom right of the screen).
- Collect all Taijutsu (physical techniques) for Yakumo and Ryu.
- Yakumo’s can all be purchased at the shop (Karasu), while Ryu’s are found in chests on the map.
- Complete all Challenge Missions.
- 14 Boss Challenges and 18 Standard Challenges.
- Complete all 18 Purgatory stages (1-13, 15-19).
- Achieve specific conditions with designated weapons.
- Clear specific chapters under “No-Miss” conditions.
- Miscellaneous trophies that are likely to be obtained naturally.
Basically, you should collect everything except consumable items found on the map (strong accessories are worth getting to aid your progress). Simultaneously, keep the Ninja Mission requirements in mind as you progress through the chapters.
Cautionary Points & Missable Elements
There are none. The entire game is divided into 19 chapters, and you can retry any of them at any time. Even if you make a mistake, you can retry immediately without needing another playthrough, so don’t worry about errors.
Playthroughs, Save Management, and Bugs
The highest difficulty, MASTER NINJA, is only unlocked after clearing the game once, so you can achieve Platinum in as few as 2 playthroughs. The ideal flow would be: Playthrough 1 (collect items on the map), and Playthrough 2 on MASTER NINJA while completing the Ninja Missions unlocked after clearing the game.
However, for a blind first run, it might look like this: – 1st Playthrough: Blind run. – 2nd Playthrough: Collect map items and Ninja Missions (recommended on a difficulty lower than MASTER NINJA). – 3rd Playthrough: MASTER NINJA completion.
MASTER NINJA is very difficult and will likely require many retries. Since collectibles respawn upon retrying a checkpoint, it is not recommended to try and collect map items during a MASTER NINJA run.

By following this article chapter by chapter, you can obtain all Health upgrades, Ninja Missions, Gourd Melons, and Purgatory stages. (Ryu’s Taijutsu are all placed on the map and covered there; Yakumo’s can be bought at the shop).
🏆 Perseverance Maximize health for both.
🏆 Falling into Darkness Defeat Oniwaka. (You will naturally defeat him while completing all Ninja Missions).
🏆 Taijutsu Master Acquire all physical techniques.
🏆 Path of Lethality Obliterate all enemies. Since you will play multiple times, you don’t need to be overly conscious of this, but Obliteration (Triangle on a dismembered enemy) is a strong tactic, so use it actively. Since there is no in-game tracker for which enemies you have obliterated, pray you haven’t missed any and do it frequently. If you have obliterated all enemies in the main story, the final enemy for this trophy will likely be one that only appears in Challenge Chapter 4.
🏆 Strange Phenomenon Collect all Gourd Melons.
🏆 Professional Clear all Ninja Missions. Missions requiring you to defeat specific enemies with specific weapons require conscious effort. Refer to visual guides for enemy appearances. Note that missions can only be completed in Story/Chapter select modes (not in Challenge missions).
- D-1018 Chariot: Confirmed in Chapter 12 and 2.
- Vangeleaf: Confirmed in Chapters 8 and 19.
- Irukannis: Confirmed in Chapters 8 and 9.
- Flare Shadow: Confirmed in Chapters 8, 9, and 10.
- Fixed Turret (Estimated): Doesn’t exist in the archive, likely the stationary missile turrets.
- Enemy Soldiers/Fiends: These should be achieved naturally.
🏆 Annihilation Clear all Purgatory stages. Once you conquer Purgatory within a chapter (regardless of difficulty/restrictions), you do not need to clear it again from the menu.
🏆 Essence of Extension (Oni-ba Takeminakata) Use L2 + Hold Triangle. You will likely get this naturally.
🏆 Essence of Rotation (Kouma Yato-no-Uchi) Deal massive damage quickly. You will likely get this naturally.

Challenge Missions
🏆 Challenger Clear all Challenge Missions. It is recommended to clear the Boss Challenges first (any difficulty) before tackling the “Challenges” (fixed difficulty). You absolutely must equip strong accessories obtained from the main game. The difficulty of these challenges is insane—fighting multiple bosses at once or dealing with missions that depend on enemy RNG and movement can be mentally taxing.
While many guides suggest using Ryu, I used Yakumo for several advantages: her aerial L2+Triangle > L2+Triangle for wide-area clearing, and the Form of Nue which can immediately break guards and “!” attacks. If you can’t win, use Ryu’s Ninpo for short-term burst damage. Check YouTube for high-level clear videos if needed.
MASTER NINJA Strategy
🏆 Way of the Master Ninja Clear all chapters via Chapter Select on MASTER NINJA. There aren’t many forced battles, you can restock items at mid-point shops, and you can choose either Yakumo or Ryu. For those who have cleared the Challenges, this won’t be particularly difficult or unfair.
No-Miss Chapter Trophies

🏆 Surfing (CH 10) For some reason (possibly a bug), restarting from a checkpoint still counts as a miss. You may need to clear the entire chapter from start to finish in one go without mistakes. Since it only takes about 4 minutes to run through while avoiding unnecessary fights, keep trying.
🏆 Ninja Master Clear a chapter without a Game Over. Chapter 07 (Sky Shrine) is recommended as it only features the boss Kuroubou and the Ryu fight.

🏆 Path of the Shinobi (20 types of missions) 🏆 Millionaire (100,000 currency) 🏆 Collector (30 items) These will be obtained naturally.
🏆 Dragon’s Work Defeat 3 enemies in a row with Ultimate Techniques. Lower an enemy’s health, then use the charged Triangle attack.
🏆 Path of Continuous Strikes Reach a 2000 combo. Recommended in Chapter 8 against the zombie hordes.
